⚡ Deactivation — FR-100 Enforcement
⚠️ When a listing is Deactivated or Flagged: it is immediately removed from SCR-06 search results and SCR-07 direct links. Enforced at the database query level — not a client-side filter.
Admin can reactivate a deactivated listing at any time. Flagged listings remain hidden until unflagged. FR-100 applies to deactivated, flagged, and rejected listings.SRS §9.4 FR-100

⚠️ Open Point OP-09 — Edit Approval Workflow
When an already-approved listing is edited by a host, admin needs to review the changes. Open point OP-09: Confirm with client whether the listing should:
Option A (recommended): Revert to "Pending Review" status during the review period — listing hidden from search. Option B: Stay "Active" while admin reviews the edit — listing remains visible.
Current wireframe shows Option A (Edit Pending Review badge). Client to confirm.
